Adventures of Kansas

May 1 4:30 am. i left for Liberal Kansas, it took me over 15 hours to get there and was the worst drive ever, but i was way exited when i got there to start my first day of work as a security consultant for Pinnacle security. my first day was packed full of learning all i did was follow my manager around and watch him make my job look way to easy, so i studied up for the next day when they would throw me right in it. the next day i ended up i a little town called Houghton KS, it was small and everyone was happy with out a system in there home oh and that was the worst day of my life i was rejected so many times that i actually sat down and almost cried it was horrible but i wasn't going to let a tough first day stop me so i pushed on and with a little help from a friend i landed a sale that first week. after that first week we moved to Garden City KS, it was better more crime, but i still had a tough time selling the system to people, i just had a learning curve to get over but despite my best effort and even getting close a few times no more sales. so after 2 weeks there we went to Dodge KS, for 2 weeks and still nothing even though i almost again got a sale but almost doesn't count. Dodge was a bad town for my car, my roommate borrowed it and destroyed my battery, wasn't his fault the cell was bad or something, after i bought a battery he had my car again and this time someone backed into my hood :( but the dude is paying for it so it worked out. after dodge city we went to Hays KS, but i went and sold in Great Bend KS, which is an hour away so we had to drive a total of 2 hours everyday to get on the doors it sucked. but after a couple days of that on like thursday the 9 i talked to a regional manager and I made the choice to leave that job and come home so the next day i drove the 13 hours back to brigham UT, but i didn't come back with out a plan, my manager hooked me up with a guys number to get a job with Pinnacle still just doing "inside sales" so hopefully everything works out and i just end up with a job in utah. and thats what has happened to me in a month.

hole in the wall

This unfortunately is what happens when I get pushed in to a wall by Brandon.
and now i also get to go home this weekend to get all the supply's all by myself because brandon bailed on me and decided he would rather go to a dance instead of help get the stuff to fix the hole in the wall that he helped created. this isn't my week.
